The Bezzera Magica PID in rosewood is a classically designed heat exchanger espresso machine, decked out in beautifully polished stainless steel with the addition of natural rosewood accenting. Its 2 liter copper boiler conducts heat quickly, and being a HX machine you can brew and steam simultaneously. The Magica PID’s 2 liter copper boiler and E61 group ensure temperature stability throughout the brewing process. The inclusion of a PID controller helps to prevent swings in boiler temperatures and allows you to make changes on the fly from the exterior of the machine.
